From the ages between the year 3500 BC and 1099 AD, for instance, the communication (training) devices started with the invention of clay tablets, paintings, then moving towards the idea of printing in the 1100AD – 1600AD period and the invention of typing machine. As of today, the 21st Century or the Digital Age, the scenario is completely different, and the overall effectiveness in training methodologies has really been catapulted to a different level altogether.
All these developments give us a brief picture on how the world has been shaping and how the world has advanced significantly, and we all know how fast the technology disruptions took place in the last 100 years or so. Companies are always on the lookout for market transitions, and the disruptions can be a make or break for any company, even for a giant such as Nokia, which has however successfully managed to come to a manageable position recently, and we really respect their perseverance for that.
Speaking of market transitions, trainings in all kinds of organizations play a crucial role in empowering the workers and significantly improve the productivity and profitability of a company, while providing a healthy environment for workers to grow.
