Problem Statement
Scale and Geographic Dispersion: With over 1.5 lakh contract workers across 36,700+ outlets, training such a large, distributed workforce consistently was a major logistical and operational challenge.
Limited Practical Exposure: Existing video-based training (e.g., via Swayam) lacked interactivity and real-world simulation, leaving workers underprepared for on-site scenarios.
Safety-Critical Operations: Improper handling of fuel systems can have serious safety consequences, making hands-on procedural training essential — yet risky to deliver in live environments.
High Workforce Turnover: Frequent attrition among pump operators and site managers made it difficult to maintain a trained, safety-compliant workforce over time.
Immersive Multilingual Modules: Developed 9 interactive training modules in English and Hindi
End-to-End XR Lab Setup: Deployed and commissioned all required AR/VR hardware at both sites, including headsets, tablets, PCs, and displays
Unified Access: A single app per platform streamlined user access without needing multiple installations
