High-risk, high-consequence work environments: Workers at JGC's construction sites routinely operate at heights, in confined spaces, and near fire and explosion hazards, where a single lapse in awareness can prove fatal.

Limitations of conventional safety training: Classroom sessions and manuals could describe past accidents, but could not let workers truly experience the danger, urgency, and sensory reality of an incident.

Low retention of safety awareness: Without experiential learning, awareness of common safety standards and previously occurred on-site accidents faded quickly, leaving workers underprepared for real emergencies.
